October 24, 2010

STAR LIGHT, STAR BRIGHT

These are some little Christmas star ornaments I have been working on.  They are made from the pages of vintage books.

Wish I could take the credit for coming up with this cute idea, but I saw something similar to it on Etsy by Paper Eclectiques Deux.

Enjoy the rest of the weekend!
Happy day!

Janis- those are just darling~ and not something you're gonna find at WallyWorld!>) You know the thing is- lots of us see lots of ideas out there but the biggest share of us never do more than look. So...what you CAN take credit for is doing it- and doing it beautifully! They are perfect! Smiles - Diana

Hi Janis,
I love the star, it is so pretty! I am so ready to get started on some Christmas projects, I'm glad November is just right around the corner. I give myself permission to put up Christmas stuff starting in November and the Christmas music comes out then, too!
Hugs, cindy

Looks like you were having yourself a glitterfest. I get that stuff all over when I use it, do you? Very beautiful.

these are adorable, and kudos to you for giving credit for the idea. Most of us get inspiration from somewhere but often don't mention it.

you must have had glitter everywhere.
