MASON JAR PROJECT by Rust: Vintage Inspired Design

Love these simple mason jars mounted on wood.....
Supplies needed:
1. scrap pieces of wood
2. vintage mason jar
3. metal pipe fitting (found in plumbing section of local hardware stores)
I cut a large board salvaged from an abandoned property
into sections, white washed them and

then attached the jars to the boards using the metal pipe fitting.
 Happy day!

I love mason jars and this project is so cool. I saw something like this at a craft fair recently, I think, they were selling them for $30!

This is so cute and simple. I like how easy it is to make and how when you are done it has the rustic kind of look to it. What size metal pipe fitting did you use? I think this is a wonderful project.
