JUST A SUMMER DAY

Happy White Wednesday!!!!
Today I am sharing some pictures of a white candelabra picked up at the thrift
store for cheap, cheap (was a nasty brass, but got the white spray paint treatment).
These are some shots taken at the lake while watching the boys swim and play (okay, better be honest...AND FIGHT!!).
Isn't that sky absolutely amazing!?!

  11. Your candelabra could not look any more gorgeous, than against that blue sky with the clouds!

I raised two boys, 18 months apart. I remember them getting along, then in the next second - all heck breaking loose. Now they are best friends.

  14. How cute, you made me giggle. I remember those days watching the kids and trying to relax. Yet, I think you are doing a better job than I did of enjoying your life while the kids fight. Your photographs are stunning. The way that white candelabra looks against that sky and lake look positively dreamy.

  37. I love the photos. Love the (now) white candlabra, and the blue puffy white cloud sky, and those wonderful drippy candles. Beautiful. Makes me smile. I also scrolled down a post and read about your 3 boys. LOL! I have 3 boys too, and wouldn't trade them for the world. they are a triple blessing and priceless. And God also blessed me with one daughter so I wouldn't have to lose my hard earned money bribing one of my sons to do what a girl would do. LOL!!!!!! I had to laugh. and the bucket on the head...priceless.
shhh. no one will tell. My oldest is now my hero. a Marine in Afghanistan. My second is studying and training to be a certified personal trainer, but loves to work in ministry too. (He benches 300!) GREAT for moving heavy pieces. and my 3rd is my blessing simply because he makes me laugh..
My daughter is just my beautiful friend and confidante...Children are God's greatest blessings and richest treasures in this lifetime.. amen. Thanks for sharing your beauties...My hubby grew up on a lake in Michigan. He misses it....
