Love this old brooch and as I'm not much of a brooch wearer thought a would turn
it in to a necklace......
it in to a necklace......
Just back from a fabulous trip to New York City where I got to go to a FLEA MARKET!!!!
Forget Broadway and 5th Avenue the flea market was first place to go on this girl's wish list!!!!
Oh what lucky ducks you east coasters are to have such fabulous old treasures in abundance!!!
Happy day!

Thanks Kate!!! .... I've been dealing with a bit of blog burnout so haven't been around much but hope you are well!! Xo
DeleteOh what fun! Since I am only a few hours away is it something you would recommend taking a drive for?
ReplyDeleteOh my gosh.... Yes... Maureen. Although I wonder if maybe it would be better to go to one in Jersey or Long Island as the Manhattan ones are pretty pricey especially if you are buying to resell.
DeleteWOW, I only could do that in my dreams.
ReplyDeletethat is gorgeous!!!!!
ReplyDeleteWhat a lovely necklace! Old jewelry especially rhinestones are enchanting...
