VINTAGE WHITE LACE FOR WEDNESDAY!

I have been having such a hard time getting organized for White Wednesday lately, and am so happy to have this post ready so I can once again join in on the W.W. fun!!!
Thank-you to Kathleen at Faded Charm Cottage for hosting......check out Kathleen's blog for links to
all the participants.
These little gift bags were created with some white vintage lace I found in a box of my
grandmother's sewing materials.
I found the idea for these lace bags in a wonderful book I have called, Vintage Treasures, written
by Jane Cassini & Ann Brownfield.
The bags were easily created by sewing the lace (which is lined with tissue paper so it holds it's shape)
 into a rectangular shape.
A bit of extra ribbon and lace looped through a vintage belt buckle finishes the front of the bag.

Happy White Wednesday my blogging friends!!
