Found this sweet print while out thrifting one day and couldn't resist getting it.
It was already beautiful, but I felt I just had to embellish it a bit.
I added a vintage earring to mother's ear, a little rhinestone in place of a diamond ring, and sprinkled
baby's dress liberally with glitter.
Isn't it just adorable?!!!!
Hoping all is well with my blogging friends.
Happy day!

Thank you, thank you!!! Was just telling my manager/artist at the antique store about what you did with the picture of the mom and the little one!!! I found this yesterday when I have been working on my own project embellishing old childrens' photos for a "Children of the King" series....I really like the glitter idea, turned out so neat...I hope to be as brave! You are amazing! Thanks, deb
ReplyDeleteI just can't begin to tell you how much I love this!!! It's absolutely gorgeous Janis. An all time fave!!!

Ok Once again, had to comment-that is too cute. I love it.. I say embellish everything- add glitter-tulle-fur to everything. A room isnt a room unless one of those is in it.
